All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Domestic orders within the United States typically arrive within 5 to 10 business days. International orders, including Central America, South America, the Caribbean, Europe, Africa, Asia, and Oceania, typically arrive within 10 to 18 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing. Nutrition products ship separately from a different fulfillment partner and follow the same general timelines. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
